Room booking Terms and Conditions

Securing your booking and cancellation
Your booking is not assured until we have taken credit card details, registered address and contact details from you.
A deposit of £20.00 or 20% (which ever is the greater) of the initial booking is required to secure the booking.
Though we take credit card details, we will not take any further payment from you unless you fail to turn up for your booking without at least 7 days notice. In the event that you either "no show" or cancel with less than 7 days notice, we reserve the right -at our discretion- to take a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the initial order. Breakages and damage are charged at prevailing rates

Payment
At our discretion we may require full payment upon arrival. Payments may be made by cash credit /debit card or cheque. Credit and debit cards may incur a 3% handling fee.

Refunds
Refunds will only be given in the event of failure by us to meet the agreed requirements.

Debt Collection
Where customers fall outside our payments terms we may use a debt collection agency. We reserve the right to add administration fees and debt collection fees at the prevailing rates to the amount outstanding.

Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
